Background
Bernard was admitted to the Virginia bar in 1969 and the New York bar in 1970. Bernard joined Edmunds & Williams in 1973. He is a member of the Lynchburg (President, 1983), Virginia, and American Bar Associations and the Lynchburg Estate Planning Council.
