Background
Following law school, Henry served as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Thomas C. Gordon, Jr., Justice, Supreme Court of Virginia. He was admitted to the Bar in 1967 and joined Edmunds & Williams the same year. He is a member of the Lynchburg, Virginia and American Bar Associations, as well as a member of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys. Henry has been elected as a Fellow in American College of Trial Lawyers; and Fellow, American Bar Foundation. He is also a Member of American Board of Trial Advocates. Henry is listed in the Best Lawyers in America, Litigation. Currently, he is actively involved in mediation and arbitration through his affiliation with The McCammon Group.
Henry Sackett was born in Lynchburg, Virginia and continues to reside there. He and his wife are blessed with ten grandchildren with whom they are actively involved.
