Kristine was born in Lynchburg, Virginia and grew up in Campbell County. She, her husband Karl, and their two children, reside in the Forest area of Campbell County. An avid football fan, Kristine particularly follows the Miami Dolphins, the JMU Dukes, and high school football in Central Virginia.
